These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Crab Island Radio website and services. By using our website or our connected services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who we are

Crab Island Radio is an internet radio station. Our website is crabislandradio.rocks. You can reach us at marketing@crabislandradio.rocks.

What we provide

• A website with information about the station, its shows, and its community coverage.
• A live radio stream and related audio and video content.
• Social media posts published by the station, including posts published through scheduling tools we operate ourselves.

Our content is provided for general listening and information. We may change, pause, or stop any part of the website or stream at any time.

Our scheduling integration

We operate our own installation of Postiz, a social media scheduling tool, at postiz.crabislandradio.rocks. Through a developer app named "Crab Island Radio Postiz," that tool connects to our own social media accounts — including our own TikTok account — so that we can prepare, schedule, and publish our own posts and videos to our own accounts.

That integration is for our own accounts only. It is not a public service, and we do not offer to schedule or publish content for other people's accounts through it.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the website or stream in any way that breaks the law.
• Try to gain access to any account, system, or server that is not yours.
• Interfere with the website, the stream, or the servers they run on.
• Copy, repost, or sell our content as your own, except where the law or a written permission from us allows it.
• Misrepresent who you are when you contact us or use any form on our website.

Our content

The station's name, logos, audio, video, photographs, and written material on our website belong to Crab Island Radio or to the people who gave us permission to use them. Listening to the stream or viewing the website does not transfer any ownership to you.

Content provided by others — for example, music, photographs, or material supplied by contributors — remains the property of its owner and is used with permission or under the applicable licence, which is credited where a credit is required.

Third-party services

Our website and posts may link to, or be published through, services operated by others, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, YouTube, and Postiz software. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for how a third-party service operates, changes, or becomes unavailable.

When our own TikTok account is connected to our scheduling tool, TikTok's terms apply to that connection, and the account owner can disconnect it at any time from the TikTok account or from the scheduling tool.

No promises

We work to keep the website and stream available and accurate, but we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not promise any particular result from listening to, viewing, or interacting with our content or posts. Information on the website — including event listings and community information — can change without notice, and we may correct errors at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Crab Island Radio is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website, the stream, or our published content. Nothing in these terms removes any liability that cannot be removed under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted at this address is the current version, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when an update is posted. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
